Making A Purchase
Just browse either the website or download our price list and when you see an item you're looking to purchase send us an email with your requirements and we'll get back to you for your credit card details etc. In alot of instances we will invoice you via PayPal and once payment has been made and funds cleared, we will despatch the items to you the same day. Some customers may choose to give us a call and order over the phone, we can do this and the items can be despatched alot faster and in 99% of cases sent the same day.

Your card will be charged at the time you place your order. We accept all major cards except Diners Club and American Express.

Shipping And Handling
The weight of your order is automatically calculated and the shipping charge is worked out based on the destination.

Orders for blades, weapons or masks are too bulky to be sent via packet post in the UK or abroad. For any orders involving the above, we reserve the right to hold shipping until a delivery price has been agreed with you.

If for any reason the package arrives damaged please check the contents before you sign for the item. Once you sign for the item you are agreeing that you have recieved the package in good condition and we are then unable to claim from the shipping company if items have become lost and or damaged in transit.

If a parcel arrives and is damaged or opened please check the contents of the parcel before you accept it. FWF UK can not take responsibility if part of a package is missing once it has been signed for by the customer.

Delivery Schedule
If the goods are in stock and ordered via credit card over the phone prior to midday, we will despatch them on the same day to a UK address. For export orders which entail considerably more paperwork and longer transport times delivery may take longer. We do our very best to ensure that your order is despatched as soon as possible and as such you may find that while some orders arrive the next working day others may take longer.

We hold a small stock in the UK and certain stocks of specialised items such as coloured lames, coloured masks, FIE clothing etc are normally made to order... Any items that are not in stock will be made to order and will take a little longer to arrive than standard stock items.

You will be sent an email notifying you when your order has been despatched. This email will include tracking information if you selected the delivery options "Parcel Force" or "International Air Freight". Packet post is a budget shipping option and as such is untracked. Customers from the UK who select this option should expect their parcel in 1-3 working days and please be aware that items despatched in this method are deemed to have been send. In the event you fail to receive the item we cannot be held responsible for any reimbursement of funds.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and it will be sent as soon as it is ready.

Tax Charges
VAT (Value Added Tax) is applicable for all orders delivered to countries within the EU this is charged at a rate of 20%.

Guarantee
All of our products are guaranteed for 28 days minimum. If a product fails outside this period and you consider it to be sub standard please contact us and we will consider replacing it at no charge. We pride ourselves on the high quality of our equipment and if you feel that anything you receive is not up to the high standards you expect from FWF UK then please contact us at sales@fencewithfun.co.uk and we will be happy to try to help you.

Bank and Credit Card charges
The prices on the website are shown in Pounds Sterling and include VAT. Where a credit card is used to make a payment over the phone, there is a standard fee of 2.5%. While this rate is usually quite accurate it may vary slightly from the rate you are charged by your bank or credit card issuer.

Privacy Policy
FWF UK does not disclose buyers information to third parties under any circumstances, not do we store any of your financial information on servers or on-site.

Returns Policy
All goods, with the exception of items which have had your name stenciled on to them, may be returned within 3 days of purchase provided a copy of the receipt is included and the goods are unused and in their original condition. If the wrong size is ordered then we can exchange the item however all shipping costs are at the customers expense. FWF UK can not be held responsible for items lost in transit to us so please ensure you use a secure insured method of delivery.

Only select naming on your clothing if you are 100% sure that it will fit (ie; if you have previously owned the same size in the same range from FWF UK). All items with names printed can not be returned UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Please note that very occasionally small amounts of overspray can land on the jacket or lame, This is unusual but unavoidable and when it does happen it washes out within the first couple of washes. We cannot be held responsible for over spray and every effort is made to avoid it.
