available on site training on software and care and
use of printers, installation, preventative maintenance
calls and return to base repair service.

and High Performance Thermal Transfer Printers.
shop offer comprehensive coverage across the UK
and Ireland, with manufacturer-accredited engineers who
are highly trained in their specialist fields. All our
engineers have ONC or HNC qualifications and have operated
in a workshop environment for several years to ensure
they have the experience to deal with challenging solutions
off-site. shop engineers are Zebra authorised service providers, Datamax authorised service providers and Sato accredited service providers.

- Training & Installation - Choose from a variety of training courses and installation packages for bar code printers and bar code software. Also available print head fitting onsite or return to base.
- Service level: (8 + 8): 8 working hour response, 8
working hour fix or loan
- Service Contracts can also be quoted on 4 hour, 2
working day response & 8 hour fix or loan & Return
to base
- Adhoc Callouts & Fixed Price Repairs available
on request
- If the printer cannot be repaired within the service
time, a replacement printer is provided until your
printer can be repaired
- Includes all time and labour to repair all electronic
and mechanical parts with the following exceptions:
- Does not include the platen roller, user damage or
misuse, media jams or software problems
- As print heads are consumable items, the supply and
fitting of print heads is not covered as part of our
general contracts. Print heads come with the standard
individual manufacturers warranty.
All above subject to inspection of manufacturer.
